摘 要:为满足建筑立面和使用要求,某地块塔楼采用“悬(倒)挂式”结构体系,该体系由核心筒、悬挂桁架、悬挂外框(吊柱、钢梁)结构组成。外侧悬挂钢柱由下至上将力传递到塔楼顶部悬挑桁架上,最终由顶部桁架传递到核心筒结构。综合对比施工的便利性、安全性、成型状态等影响因素。选择与设计受力相反的“逆做法”进行施工,无柱层搭设临时支撑结构体系,通过施工全过程的施工仿真模拟计算,对吊柱因压拉受力转换提供补偿数据,支撑分级卸载安全性验算,并分析一次性加载和逐级加载数值,验证了方案的合理性,可为类似的工程提供参考。In order to meet the requirements for building facades and purposes,a“suspended(inverted)”structural system is applied in tower structures of a project,which consists of the core tube,suspended truss,and suspended outer frame(suspended column and steel beam).Force is transferred bottom-up from the outer suspended steel column to the suspended truss at the top of tower structures,and finally from the top truss to core tube.Through a comprehensive comparison of influencing factors such as the convenience,safety and assembly in construction,a"reverse construction method"opposite to the design stress was selected.with a temporary support structure on column-free layers.With the construction simulation calculations in the entire construction process,compensation data were provided for the conversion of compression and tension stress of the suspended column.In addition,the safety of support unloading by stages was verified,and the values of one-time loading and were analyzed,to verify the rationality of the scheme and thus provide a reference for similar projects.
