摘　　要：既有建筑物由于使用功能的改变,原来的结构类型发生变化,新增基础的沉降与原有基础会产生较大沉降差,导致既有建筑物出现裂缝、倾斜和结构损坏等一系列安全问题。以某记忆馆5层砖混结构建筑物为例,重点介绍了采用自动化加载系统实现新增锚杆桩基础与既有建筑物原基础沉降保持一致的装置及方法,确保地基基础在加固过程中及加固后的新增基础与原基础沉降保持一致,解决了既有建筑物改造加固时新增基础与原基础不均匀沉降的技术难题,以供同类工程参考。With changes in functions of existing buildings,original structural types will change accordingly.Settlement of new foundations differs greatly from that of original foundations,which will result in cracking,tilting,structural damage and other safety problems of existing buildings.Taking the five-storey brick concrete structure of one memorial hall as an example,this paper mainly introduces the device and method of using an automatic loading system to keep the consistent settlement between new anchor pile foundations and existing building foundation,in order to ensure the consistency of settlement of new and original foundations during and after reinforcement,solve the technical problems of uneven settlement of new and original foundations during renovation and reinforcement of existing building.This paper can also be referenced in similar projects.
