近代砖木建筑遗产加固修缮研究

摘　　要：近代砖木建筑遗产是中国城镇建筑遗产的重要组成部分,它在建筑形制和结构体系方面与古代传统木构建筑、现代砌体结构建筑明显不同,是中国特定历史时期的产物。此类旧址建筑是典型的中国近代砖木建筑遗产,具有不可估量的历史、艺术、科学价值。以此类建筑为例,首先对某学校旧址的建筑形制进行探讨,分析并检测鉴定某学校旧址现状,提出系统科学的加固修缮技术方案,包括墙体加固技术、混凝土构件加固技术、木构件加固技术、屋面修缮技术、门窗修缮技术及外墙修缮技术等,研究结果可为近代砖木建筑遗产的科学保护提供参考。The modern brick and wood architectural heritage is an important component of China's urban architectural heritage.It is a product of a specific historical period in China,with the architectural form and structural system different greatly from those of traditional wooden architectures and modern masonry architectures.Old buildings are typical modern Chinese brick and wood architectural heritage,which has immeasurable historical,artistic,and scientific significance.Taking this type of building as an example,the architectural form of a school site was studied,and its current situation was analyzed and tested.A systematic and scientific reinforcement and repair solution was proposed,including the wall reinforcement technology,concrete component reinforcement technology,wooden component reinforcement technology,roof repair technology,door and window repair technology,and exterior wall repair technology.Research results can be taken as a reference for scientific protection of modern brick and wood architectural heritage.
