摘 要:沅江为湖南省第二大河流,系长江流域洞庭湖支流,具有较大水运开发价值。沅水洪江至辰溪段由于原设计方案难以满足安江枢纽下游船闸门槛水深要求,因此需要进一步优化航道整治方案。需要对沅水洪江至辰溪段(辰溪大洑潭枢纽下游750m)180km按Ⅳ级航道标准建设,改造洪江枢纽船闸,并对安江、铜湾、清水塘、大洑潭枢纽的上下游航道进行衔接。通过对安江枢纽下游,铜湾枢纽库尾脱水段河床演变及碍航特性的分析,建立二维河道水流数学模型。对沅水洪江至辰溪河段航道建设工程中安江枢纽坝下的原始设计整治方案进行优化分析,为沅江航道类似整治工程设计提供经验。Yuanjiang River is the second largest river in Hunan Province,a tributary of Dongting Lake in the Yangtze River basin,and has great water transport development value.It is necessary to construct 180km of the Yuanshui Hongjiang to Chenxi section(750m downstream of the Chenxi Dahuatan hub)according to the Class IV waterway standard,renovate the Hongjiang hub ship lock,and connect the upstream and downstream waterways of Anjiang,Tongwan,Qingshuitang,and Dahuatan hubs.Due to the difficulty in meeting the water depth requirements of the downstream ship lock threshold of the Anjiang Hub in the original design plan,further optimization of the channel regulation plan is needed.By analyzing the riverbed evolution and navigation obstruction characteristics of the dehydration section at the downstream of the Anjiang Hub and the Tongwan Hub,a two-dimensional mathematical model of river flow is established.Optimize and analyze the original design and regulation plan under the Anjiang hub dam in the construction project of the Yuanshui Hongjiang to Chenxi section of the waterway,providing experience for the design of similar regulation projects in the Yuanjiang waterway.
