摘 要:为了解决当前高层建筑框架剪力墙结构住宅工程桩基检测问题,结合某高层框架剪力墙结构住宅工程的实际检测情况,从检测的目的和任务、现场检测技术以及检测数据的处理等方面,对高层建筑框架剪力墙结构住宅工程桩基检测进行了分析。实践表明,针对高层建筑框架剪力墙结构住宅工程的桩基检测,在实际检测工作中应重点关注不同类型的建筑主体,从施工工艺、施工方法以及地质条件等多方面入手进行全面分析,并在此基础上选用合理的测试方法,在确保试验结果准确性的同时也要做到降低成本。In order to solve the problem of pile foundation detection in current high-rise building frame shear wall structure residential engineering,this article analyzes the pile foundation detection of high-rise building frame shear wall structure residential engineering based on the actual detection situation of a certain high-rise frame shear wall structure residential engineering,including the purpose and task of detection,on-site detection technology,and processing of detection data.Practice has shown that for the pile foundation testing of high-rise building frame shear wall structure residential engineering,emphasis should be placed on different types of building entities in actual testing work.A comprehensive analysis should be conducted from various aspects such as construction technology,construction methods,and geological conditions.Based on this,reasonable testing methods should be selected to ensure the accuracy of test results while also reducing costs.This article can provide reference for similar projects.
