病险水库除险加固存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：为解决病险水库除险加固中前期设计瑕疵、除险加固措施设计不当、配套资金不到位等问题,对病险水库除险加固现状进行了分析,提出落实水利工程项目管理基本要求、加强项目监管力度、落实资金使用情况等对策,以提高病险水库除险加固管控效果。In order to solve the problems of early design defects,improper design of reinforcement measures,and insufficient supporting funds in the reinforcement of dangerous reservoirs,this article analyzes the current situation of dangerous reservoir reinforcement.Also,this paper propose measures such as implementing the basic requirements of water conservancy project management,strengthening project supervision,and implementing the use of funds,in order to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of risk removal and reinforcement control of dangerous reservoirs.
