摘  要:为探究偏二甲肼池火灾热动力学特性,对无风和有风环境下的偏二甲肼池火开展了系列数值模拟。讨论了无风时油池尺寸(1~9 m)对火焰结构、轴向及横向温度分布和辐射热流密度等热动力学特性的影响,有风时偏二甲肼池火热动力学特性随环境风速(1~4 m/s)变化的规律。结果表明:无风环境下,随油池边长增大,偏二甲肼池火火焰高度由2.67 m增大至13.22 m,火焰最高温度从1006.23℃逐渐增大到1160.92℃,横向辐射热流密度随距离增大而减小;有风环境下,风速从0增大至4 m/s的过程中,池火火焰高度减小,火焰倾角从0°逐渐增大到82.3°,轴向温度分布规律在风速达到1.5 m/s后变为单调下降,下风侧温度及辐射热流密度由于火焰倾斜显著增加;拟合得到可准确预测无/有风环境下火焰高度、火焰倾角及横向辐射热流密度的工程关联式,偏差均在15%以内。In order to investigate the thermodynamic characteristics of UDMH pool fire,a series of numerical simulations of partial dimethyl hydrazine pool fire were carried out under the conditions of no wind and wind.The influence of oil pool size(1~9 m)on flame structure,axial and transverse temperature distribution and radiative heat flux were analyzed,and the dynamic characteristics of dimethyl hydrazine tank in windy condition varies with the ambient wind speed(1~4 m/s)were discussed.The results show that the flame height increases from 2.67 m to 13.22 m,the maximum temperature increases from 1006.23℃to 1160.92℃,and the transverse radiant heat flux decreases with the increase of the distance.When the wind speed increases from 0 to 4 m/s in the windy environment,the flame height of the oil pool fire decreases,and the flame inclination angle gradually increases from 0°to 82.3°.The axial temperature distribution decreases monotonically when the wind speed reaches 1.5 m/s,and the temperature and radiant heat flux on the downwind side increase significantly due to the flame inclination.The engineering correlations that can accurately predict flame height,flame inclination and transverse radiant heat flux in no/windy environment are obtained by fitting,and the deviations are all within 15%.
