摘  要:肌肉生长抑制素是生长因子β超家族的成员之一,是通过调节成肌细胞增殖而影响肌肉生长发育的骨骼肌负调控因子。肌肉生长抑制素基因发生错义突变会导致肌细胞增生和肌纤维肥大,肌肉量明显增加,呈现双肌表型。肌肉生长抑制素基因突变牛具有生长发育快、产肉率高等特点。文章综述了肌肉生长抑制素基因的结构、定位、错义突变类型、多态性检测方法及肌肉生长抑制素基因突变牛在肉牛杂交生产中的应用,以期为肌肉生长抑制素基因的相关研究及其在肉牛生产中的应用提供参考。Myostatin is a member of the growth factorβsuperfamily,which is a negative regulator of skeletal muscle growth and development by regulating the proliferation of myoblasts.The missense mutation of myostatin gene will lead to the proliferation of muscle cell and hypertrophy of muscle fibers,and the muscle volume will increase significantly,showing a double muscle phenotype.The cattle with myostatin gene mutation have the characteristics of fast growth and development and high meat production.The structure,location,action mechanism,missense mutation types,polymorphism detection methods and the application of myostatin gene mutation cattle crossbreeding production were described in this paper,with a view to providing reference for the related research of myostatin gene and its application in beef cattle production.
