摘 要:为研究红安格斯牛对大别山牛的杂交改良效果,对大别山牛、安大(安格斯牛×大别山牛)F_(1)牛和F_(2)牛不同年龄段的生长性能、成年牛的屠宰性能等进行了测定和分析。结果表明,安大F_(1)牛在初生、6月龄、12月龄、24月龄时的体尺和体重均极显著高于同龄大别山牛(P<0.01),安大F_(1)牛和F_(2)牛的胴体重、净肉重均高于大别山牛且差异显著(P<0.05)。说明红安格斯牛对大别山牛的杂交改良效果较好,可以提高大别山牛的生产性能。In order to study the crossbreeding improvement effect of Red Angus cattle on Dabieshan cattle,the growth performance of Dabieshan cattle,F_(1) and F_(2) generation of Anda hybrid cattle(Angus cattle×Dabieshan cattle)at different age and slaughter performance of adult cattle were measured and analyzed.The result showed that the weight and body size of F_(1) generation of Anda hybrid cattle at the age of born,6 months,12 months and 24 months were higher than those of Dabieshan cattle(P<0.01),and the carcass weight and net meat weight of F_(1) and F_(2) generation of Anda hybrid cattle were higher than that of Dabieshan cattle(P<0.05).This indicated that Red Angus cattle could improve Dabieshan cattle better,which could improve the production performance of Dabieshan cattle.
