摘  要:以2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇、丙酸为原材料进行酯化反应,合成新型成膜助剂2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二丙酸酯。采用气相色谱、核磁等分析方法对产物结构进行表征和研究,并在不同乳胶中加入该成膜助剂,对比其与十二碳醇酯的成膜效果,进一步将其用作成膜助剂,应用在内墙乳胶漆及真石漆配方中。结果表明:该成膜助剂的分子结构与设计相符,满足VOC环保排放要求,且戊二醇丙酯的成膜效率高于十二碳醇酯5%,戊二醇丙酯与十二碳醇酯水解稳定性等性能类似,且所制涂料性能类似。2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol and propionic acid were used as raw materials for esterification to synthesize 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol dipropionate as new coalescent.The structure of the synthesized material was characterized by gas chromatography,nuclear magnetic resonance and other analytical methods.The coalescent was added to different latexes to test its film forming effect compared with C-12 alcohol ester.It was used as coalescent and applied to the formulation of interior wall latex coatings and imitation stone coatings.The results show that the molecular structure of the coalescent is consistent with our design.It meets the environmental protection requirements of VOC emission,the film forming efficiency of pentanediol dipropionate is 5%higher than that of C-12 alcohol ester,the hydrolysis stability and other properties of pentanediol dipropionate and C-12 alcohol ester are similar,and the properties of the coatings prepared are similar.
