摘　　要：以自主研发的水性环氧涂料为实验材料,以汽车减震器所使用的圆盘静电涂装工艺为实验对象,研究了静电电压、转速、线速、工件温度、流平时间、烘烤温度等工艺条件对水性涂料在汽车减震器上涂装的影响,从而得出减震器用水性环氧涂料涂装工艺的最佳工艺参数,为水性环氧涂料在汽车减震器上的应用作出指导,加快汽车减震器行业涂料水性化发展,推动行业绿色涂装的进程。Taking the self-produced waterborne epoxy coatings as the experimental material and the disk electrostatic painting process used for automobile shock absorbers as the experimental object,this paper studies the influence of process conditions including the electrostatic voltage,rotational speed,line speed,workpiece temperature,leveling time,baking temperature,etc.on the application of waterborne coatings on automobile shock absorbers.The best process parameters of waterborne epoxy coatings painting on automobile shock absorbers were obtained,providing guidance for the application of waterborne epoxy coatings on automobile shock absorbers,accelerating the development of waterborne coatings in the automobile shock absorber industry,and promoting the process of green painting in the industry.
