富锌涂料及金属锌含量测试方法浅析

摘　　要：介绍了富锌底漆测试时常用的检测方法及测试依据标准,并介绍了HG/T 3668—2020和ASTM D 6580-2017两个标准近来关于锌含量测试部分的修订变更情况。针对涂料中锌含量检测出现的问题,指出了规范的做法,并通过实例测试和结合以往经验,对比了两种测试方法的优缺点。This paper introduces the test methods and standards commonly used for zinc-rich primer,and introduces the recent revisions and changes to the parts related to zinc content tests in the HG/T 3668—2020 and ASTM D 6580-2017 standards.In view of the problems of coatings zinc content testing,this paper points out the standard practices.Through cases of testing and in combination with previous experience,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of two test methods.
