摘　　要：智能控制柜长期运行于户外环境,特别是极端高温和低温环境,导致密封机柜内部温度超出设备正常允许范围,严重影响设备正常运行。针对智能控制柜高温散热存在的各种问题进行总结分析,根据存在的问题研制出智能控制柜温控系统气流导向装置,能够高效实现控制柜内外大温差制冷。通过现场实际应用,有效证明所研制的装置制冷效率高、降温快,消除了因高温导致保护装置误动等安全隐患,实际应用效果好,后续可进一步推广应用。The intelligent control cabinet has been operating in the outdoor environment for a long time,especially in the extremely high and low temperature environment,resulting in the internal temperature of the sealed cabinet exceeding the normal allowable range of the equipment,which seriously affects the normal operation of the equipment.Various problems existing in the high temperature heat dissipation of the intelligent control cabinet are summarized and analyzed.According to the existing problems,an air flow guide device for the temperature control system of the intelligent control cabinet is developed,which can efficiently realize the large temperature difference refrigeration inside and outside the control cabinet.Through practical application on site,it is effectively proved that the developed device has high refrigeration efficiency,fast cooling,and eliminates safety hazards such as maloperation of protection device due to high temperature.The practical application effect is good,and it will be further popularized and applied in the future.
