摘 要:【目的】研究盐胁迫条件下桢楠在接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)后生长和生理指标的变化情况,为桢楠在盐碱地造林提供参考。【方法】采用盆栽法研究了4种盐浓度下接种Funneliformis mosseae对桢楠生长的影响,并对桢楠的矿质元素含量以及可溶性蛋白、糖、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性等各项生理指标进行测定。【结果】1)在NaCl胁迫下,AMF接种和未接种桢楠的株高、基径和干物质含量均呈显著差异,AMF显著提高了桢楠的生长量;2)AMF增加了桢楠对大量元素N、P、K和微量元素Cu、Zn的吸收,提高了K含量,降低了Na含量,K/Na增加且差异显著;3)AMF增加了桢楠可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,减少了MDA的生成和积累,提高了SOD、POD、CAT和APX的活性;4)双因素方差分析结果表明,AMF对桢楠株高、茎粗、根干物质质量、矿质元素(Ca、Zn、Na、K/Na)含量以及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、Pro、SOD、POD、REL、MDA含量影响显著,盐胁迫对地上部干物质质量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、APX和REL含量有显著影响。【结论】AMF在促进桢楠生长的同时通过增强矿质元素的吸收、提高渗透调节物质含量、减小膜脂过氧化程度以及降低高盐浓度时Na+的吸收来缓解盐胁迫对桢楠的影响。【Objective】The combinative effect of AMF and salt stress on the growth and physiological indexes of Phoebe zhennan was studied in this work,in order to provide a reference for the afforestation of P.zhennan in the saline-alkali land.【Method】The effect of Funneliformis mosseae inoculation with four different salt concentrations on the growth of P.zhennan seedlings was determined by the pot experiment.The content of mineral elements and physiological indicators including soluble protein,sugar,MDA,Pro,and SOD activity of P.zhennan seedlings were detected.【Result】1)Under different NaCl concentrations,the plant height,stem thickness and dry matter quality were significantly different between the AMF and non-AMF treatment,and AMF significantly increased the growth of P.zhennan;2)AMF increased the absorption of macronutrients of N,P,K and trace elements of Cu and Zn,and salt stress had a significant effect on the Na content.AMF treatment increased the K content and decreased the Na content,and the K/Na ratio increased significantly;3)AMF treatment increased the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein,reduced the generation and accumulation of MDA,and increased the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX of P.zhennan;4)The two-way analysis of variance showed that AMF had a significant effect on the contents of Ca,Zn and Na,and salt stress had a significant effect on the contents of K and Na.【Conclusion】AMF can improve the growth indicators of P.zhennan such as plant height,ground diameter and dry matter quality,and at the same time,it alleviates the salt stress on plants by enhancing the absorption of mineral elements,increasing the content of osmotic adjustment substances and reducing MDA content and Na+absorption under high salinity conditions.
