摘　　要：【目的】推动休闲农庄健康发展对于实现农业农村现代化、助力实施乡村振兴战略具有重要意义,准确评判休闲农庄的经营绩效并探索其影响因素可为提升休闲农庄经营绩效、促进其可持续发展提供参考依据。【方法】从经营能力、发展能力、社会效益和生态效益4个维度构建了休闲农庄经营绩效的综合评价指标体系,基于实地调研和问卷调查获取了湖南省88家休闲农庄数据,评价了休闲农庄的经营绩效,并在此基础上进一步考察了休闲农庄经营绩效的影响因素。【结果】经营能力和社会效益是休闲农庄绩效评价的2个关键维度;样本农庄中,经营绩效水平最高为2.24,最低为-0.81,经营绩效得分处于较高、一般和较低等级的比重分别为10.23%、84.09%和5.68%。农庄年收入、员工培训频率、创造岗位数、与政府联结程度对休闲农庄经营绩效有正向影响,其中与政府联结程度的影响最为显著;地理距离对休闲农庄经营绩效有负向影响。【结论】湖南省休闲农庄经营绩效整体处于一般水平,得分呈“纺锤形”分布;提高休闲农庄的内部管理能力、员工成长水平以及与政府联结程度,有助于改善农庄经营绩效水平。为此,应加强政府的宏观规划管理,完善产品和服务项目的融资渠道、提升休闲农庄运营管理水平,以提升休闲农庄的经营绩效。【Objective】Promoting the development of leisure agricultural manors is of great significance for the realization of agricultural and rural modernization and the promotion of rural revitalization strategies.Accurately evaluating the operational performance of leisure agricultural manors and exploring its influencing factors can provide references for improving the operational performance of leisure agricultural manors and promoting their sustainable development.【Method】From the four dimensions of operating ability,development ability,social benefit and ecological benefit,a comprehensive evaluation index system of leisure agricultural manors’operational performance was constructed.Based on the survey data of 88 leisure agricultural manors in Hunan Province,the operating performance of leisure agricultural manors was evaluated,and its influencing factors were further investigated.【Result】The study found that management ability and social benefit were the two key dimensions of operational performance evaluation.The highest score of leisure agricultural manors’operational performance in the sample manors was 2.24,and the lowest was-0.81.The proportion of higher,average and lower operational performance scores was 10.23%,84.09%and 5.68%,respectively.The annual income of the agricultural manors,the frequency of staff training,the number of jobs created and the degree of connections with the government had a positive effect on the operational performance of the leisure agricultural manors,and geographical distance restricted the improvement of operational performance.【Conclusion】The overall operational performance of leisure agricultural manors in Hunan Province is at the general level,showing a“spindle-shaped”distribution state.Improving the internal management ability,the level of employee development and the degree of connections with the government will improve the operational performance of the manors.In order to promote operational performance,this study suggested that it is crucial to stren
