摘　　要：介绍面向动产监管的物联网标准研究背景,阐述ISO/IEC 30163:2021《物联网基于物联网和传感网技术的动产监管集成平台系统要求》国际标准主要内容,包括面向动产监管物联网系统架构、功能要求和性能要求,并总结了该国际标准在金融科技服务领域典型应用情况,最后展望了国际标准在物联网金融行业推广的意义。This article introduces the research background of IoT standards for chattel asset monitoring,elaborates on the main content of the international standard ISO/IEC 30163:2011“Internet of Things(IoT)-System requirements of IoT and sensor network technology-Based integrated platform for chattel asset monitoring”including the system architecture,functional requirements,and performance requirements of IoT systems for chattel asset monitoring,and provides typical applications of this international standard in the field of financial technology services.Finally,the significance of promoting international standards in financial service is prospected.
