摘　　要：介绍了国内外锂离子电池行业的发展情况,基于不断扩大的应用领域和技术发展对于锂离子电池标准的需求,阐述了中国电子技术标准化研究院在国内、国际锂离子电池标准化组织建设、重点标准制定情况和取得的相关成果。梳理了中国电子技术标准化研究院在支撑主管部门开展锂电池规范条件实施、标准体系建设方面的工作,以及通过不断完善检测服务能力,助力锂离子电池产业安全健康发展。This paper introduces the development of the domestic and foreign lithium-ion battery industry,as well as the requirements for lithium-ion battery standard with the expanding application field and technological development,and describes the construction of domestic and international lithium-ion battery standardization organizations,the status of key standards,and the related achievements of Chinese Electronics Standardization Institute.Finally,the work of Chinese Electronics Standardization Institute in supporting the administrative departments to carry out the implementation of the standard conditions for lithium-ion battery and the construction of the standard system are reviewed,and then through improving the capabilities of testing service continuously to help the lithium-ion battery industry develop safely and healthily.
