摘 要:为探讨大型复线船闸闸室底板混凝土绝热温升参数和表面放热系数,建立了组合指数式绝热温升的水管冷却等效热传导有限元模型,基于临淮岗复线船闸闸室底板混凝土内部和表面实测温度,采用正交设计-BP神经网络-数值计算相结合的方法反演获得了混凝土的热学参数。结果表明:采用正交设计-BP神经网络-数值计算的方法较室内试验获取的混凝土热学参数更快速、更符合工程实际;混凝土最终绝热温升为62.06℃,3 d前后混凝土表面放热系数分别为34.43 kJ/(m^(2)·h·℃)和47.52 kJ/(m^(2)·h·℃),侧表面放热系数为19.42 kJ/(m^(2)·h·℃);由于没有模拟底板混凝土浇筑过程,导致前3 d混凝土表面温度计算值和实测值存在一定的差异,但底板内部温度和3 d后的表面温度的计算值与实测值变化规律基本一致,反演的闸室底板混凝土热学参数是可靠的。In order to explore the adiabatic temperature rise parameters and surface heat release coefficient of concrete in the bottom plate of large double-line lock chamber,a finite element model of equivalent heat conduction of water pipe cooling with combined exponential adiabatic temperature rise was established.Based on the measured temperature of concrete inside and on the surface of the bottom plate of Linhuaigang double-line lock chamber,the thermal parameters of concrete were inverted by orthogonal design-BP neural network-numerical calculation.The results showed that the thermal parameters of concrete obtained by orthogonal design-BP neural network-numerical calculation method were faster and more in line with engineering practice than those obtained by indoor test.The adiabatic temperature rise of concrete was 62.06℃The surface heat release coefficients of concrete before and after 3 days were 34.43 kJ/(m^(2)·h·℃)and 47.52 kJ/(m^(2)·h·℃),and the side surface heat release coefficient was 19.42 kJ/(m^(2)·h·℃).Due to the lack of simulation of the concrete pouring process of the bottom plate,there was a certain difference between the calculated and measured values of the surface temperature of the concrete in the first 3 d,but the calculated values of the internal temperature of the bottom plate and the surface temperature after 3 days were basically consistent with the measured values.The thermal parameters of the concrete in the bottom plate of the lock chamber are reliable.
