摘　　要：死亡焦虑在临床心理学、神经科学领域取得了一定的研究成果,但当前精神病学还没有系统地将死亡焦虑进行整合,心理治疗的对话中也很少包含死亡的概念。本文基于死亡焦虑的恐惧管理理论,从死亡焦虑的神经机制、死亡焦虑的精神病学等方面对现有文献进行梳理和总结。以期推动科学研究和临床实践对死亡焦虑这一主题的更多关注,提高精神病学对心理学构念的重视,并促进以修复死亡焦虑缓冲系统为目标的心理治疗的发展。Death anxiety has been well studied in the fields of clinical psychology and neuroscience,but current psychopathology has not systematically integrated death anxiety,and the concept of death is rarely included in psychotherapy.This review summaries the existing research in terms of theories of death anxiety,neural mechanisms,and the psychopathology of death anxiety.It is intended to promote greater attention to the topic of death anxiety in scientific research and clinical practice,to increase the importance of psychopathology to psychological constructs,and to facilitate the development of psychotherapy with the goal of repairing the buffer system of death anxiety.
