摘  要:为了充分回收矿井回风中的低温余热,对布尔台煤矿松定霍洛风井的井筒负荷和回风余热资源量进行了具体的计算分析;阐述了采用低温热管+自动化控制系统进行矿井回风预热回收的技术手段、建设方案和工艺流程。对自动化控制部分的功能、设备运行管理、热管控制系统进行了详细说明和介绍;对相匹配的矿井风道建设和热管回收矿井回风余热系统的运行进行了阐释。该系统的工程应用结果表明,采用低温热管余热回收技术+PLC智能自动化控制系统,可实现矿井回风余热的有效利用和可靠运行,每年可节约标准煤约1500 t,减少碳排放约3900 t,达到了节能减排和环保再利用的目标。In order to fully recover the low temperature waste heat in the return air of mine,the shaft load and return air waste heat resources of Songding Huoluo air shaft in Buertai Coal Mine are calculated and analyzed.The technical means,construction scheme and process flow of using low temperature heat pipe+automatic control system to preheat and recover mine return air are described.The functions of automation control,equipment operation management and heat pipe system control are described in detail.The construction of matching mine air duct and the operation of heat pipe recovery mine return air waste heat system are described.The engineering application results of the system show that the use of low-temperature heat pipe waste heat recovery technology+PLC intelligent automatic control system can realize the effective use and reliable operation of mine return air waste heat,saving about 1500 t of standard coal per year,reducing carbon emissions about 3900 t,and achieving the goal of energy saving,emission reduction and environmental reuse.
