摘  要:目的提高生活饮用水中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸检测的可靠性,识别中日常检测中可能存在的技术缺陷。方法组织十家实验室对饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的室间比对,发放预制的标准系列和中间样品,收集检测过程数据,分析统计作出了结果评价。结果以二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸工作曲线斜率作Grubbs法检验,分别有2家和3家出现组内离群。二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的加标样测定结果分别为实际值的1.5和4倍。结论此次实验室间比对发现在二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的衍生测定过程中存在色谱条件选择、进样口分流控制、加标方式选择等技术性问题。Objective To improve the detection ability of laboratories,and to identify possible technical defects in the detection of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water.Methods A number of laboratories were organized to conduct interlaboratory determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water.Prefabricated standard series and intermediate samples were distributed.Data of determination were collected and statistically analyzed to evaluate the detection results.Results The slopes of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid working curves were analyzed by Grubbs test.The analysis results showed that there were 2 outlier in the dichloroacetic acid data and 3 outliers in the trichloroacetic acid data,respectively.The determination results of the spiked samples of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid were 1.5 and 4 times the actual value,respectively.Conclusion This investigation reveals that there exist some technical problems in the direct determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid by gas chromatography,such as inappropriate selection of chromatographic conditions and injection port flow control,and incorrect way of spiking internal standards.
