摘  要:连续管及其作业技术是石油天然气资源开发的一项技术利器,自2009年连续管实现国产化以来,通过不断深入研究、快速突破及应用,连续管制造技术实现了跨越式发展,为油气田大批量、规模化应用创造了条件,也有力推动了我国连续管作业技术的进步。详细介绍了低碳微合金连续管、耐蚀合金连续管、非金属复合连续管、多通道连续管、大功率电加热管缆、智能连续管等管材的研究现状、技术难点和发展方向,指出我国连续管在油气集输和海洋应用方面仍有较大的发展空间,大直径、高强度、高塑性、高耐蚀、非金属、多通道、智能化等是未来连续管制造技术的发展方向。Coiled tubing and its operation technology is a technological tool for development of oil and gas resources.Since the localization of coiled tubing in 2009,coiled tubing manufacturing technology has achieved leap⁃forward development through continuous intensive research,rapid breakthroughs,and applications,creating conditions for large⁃scale application in oil and gas fields,and also effectively promoting the progress of coiled tubing operation technology in China.A detailed introduction to the research status,technical difficulties,and development directions of low⁃carbon microalloyed coiled tubing,corrosion⁃resistant alloy coiled tubing,non⁃metallic composite coiled tubing,multi⁃channel coiled tubing,high⁃power electric heating pipe cable,intelligent coiled tubing are provided.It is pointed out that there is still significant development space for coiled tubing in China in oil and gas gathering and transportation,as well as in offshore applications,such as large diameter,high strength,high plasticity,high corrosion resistance,non⁃metallic,multi⁃channel,and intelligentization are the future development directions.
