摘  要:四喷嘴气化工艺是目前煤化工生产的主流工艺,因其运行周期长、可靠性高,一直以来在煤化工领域占据着举足轻重的地位。气化炉是煤制氢、煤制合成氨、煤制甲醇、甲醇制烯烃等煤化工装置中重要的核心设备,其正常稳定运行直接关系到整个煤化工装置能否安全稳定运行。因此在实际生产中需要对其进行精心维护和管理。但在实际运行中,由于煤质变化引起的原料煤质量不稳定会对气化炉的正常运行造成影响,导致气化炉运行负荷波动,严重时甚至会造成系统停车。因此,对四喷嘴气化炉出现的问题进行了总结并提出了相应的防范措施。The four nozzle gasification process is currently the mainstream process in coal chemical production.Due to its long operating cycle and high reliability,it has always played a pivotal role in the field of coal chemical industry.The gasifier is an important core equipment in coal chemical plants such as coal to hydrogen,coal to synthetic ammonia,coal to methanol,and methanol to olefins.Its normal and stable operation directly affects the safe and stable operation of the entire coal chemical plant.Therefore,in actual production,it needs to be carefully maintained and managed.However,in actual operation,the unstable quality of raw coal caused by changes in coal quality can affect the normal operation of the gasifier,leading to fluctuations in the operating load of the gasifier,and even causing system shutdown in severe cases.Therefore,this article summarizes the problems that occur in the four nozzle gasifier and proposes corresponding preventive measure.
