摘  要:影响活性炭品质的因素有很多,其中灰分对活性炭生产工艺、产品性能、应用场景都有较大影响,如何降低活性炭灰分,要从多方面入手,如低灰优质原料的选取、最佳活化工艺的选择,以及产物脱灰方法的选择,还要综合考虑用户要求、设备投资及现有工艺的改进难度等因素,选择最佳脱灰工艺。基于此,简述了活性炭脱灰工艺的分类及原理,分析了当前脱灰技术发展存在的限制,对各种脱灰工艺的选择、影响脱灰效果的主要因素,以及脱灰对活性炭性质的影响进行了讨论,并针对煤液化沥青基超级活性炭的脱灰方法进展进行了探索分析。There are many factors that affect the quality of activated carbon,among which ash content has a significant impact on the production process,product performance,and application scenarios of activated carbon.To reduce the ash content of activated carbon,it is necessary to start from multiple aspects,including the selection of low ash and high-quality raw materials,the selection of the best activation process,and the selection of product deashing methods.It is also necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as user requirements,equipment investment,and the difficulty of improving existing processes,and choose the best deashing process.This article briefly describes the classification and principles of activated carbon deashing processes,analyzes the limitations of current deashing technology development,discusses the selection of various deashing processes,the main factors affecting deashing efficiency,and the impact of deashing on the properties of activated carbon.Explored and analyzed the progress of deashing methods for coal liquefaction asphalt based super activated carbon.
