摘　　要：P&P公司湿式废酸再生装置是烷基化装置的配套装置,在运行期间出现较多腐蚀泄漏问题,影响装置安全平稳运行。通过分析各部位腐蚀情况,研究各类腐蚀形成机理,有针对性地提出解决方案。通过优化工艺条件、设备设施改造等多种手段,减少装置腐蚀情况的发生。The wet spent acid regeneration unit of P&P Company is a supporting unit of the alkylation unit.There are many corrosion leaks,when operation of the unit,corrosion leaks will bring the safe and stable effects.Through the analysis of the corrosion of each part,the formation mechanism of various types of corrosion is studied,and targeted solutions are proposed.By optimizing process conditions,equipment and facilities transformation and other means,the occurrence of device corrosion can be reduced.
