摘  要:围绕产教融合背景下现代产业学院建设对多主体参与的协同育人模式的构建进行了探索。阐述了现代产业学院的建设背景及建设意义,并以国内外研究现状为基础讨论多主体协同的人才培养模式建设基础。探索发挥地缘、业缘特色优势,着力解决如何构建“政、校、行、企”多主体协同的长效育人机制,符合能源经济发展需求的高素质应用型人才培养模式,进而旨在推动高素质应用型人才培养质量不断提升,从合格到卓越,从应用到创新。This article explores the construction of a collaborative education model with multiple participants in the construction of modern industrial colleges under the background of industry education integration.The article elaborates on the background and significance of the construction of modern industrial colleges,and discusses the foundation of the construction of a multi subject collaborative talent cultivation model based on the current research status at home and abroad.Explore and leverage the unique advantages of geography and industry,and focus on solving how to build a long-term education mechanism that integrates multiple entities such as“government,school,industry,and enterprise”to meet the needs of energy economy development.This aims to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of high-quality applied talent training,from qualified to excellent,and from application to innovation.
