论《无声告白》的创作特点

摘　　要：美籍华裔作家伍绮诗创作的英文长篇小说《无声告白》,是21世纪华裔作家向欧美主流文学界的又一次成功进军。小说描述了在20世纪70年代的美国,一个跨种族婚姻家庭中发生的一系列矛盾和冲突,揭示了小说主人公的悲剧人生以及其他主要人物的人生渴望、困惑,对命运的顺从、屈服以及抗争、把握的过程。本文通过综合研究小说的背景特点、人物特点、故事特点、叙事特点、启示特点,来阐释作品的精彩和作者创作的匠心独具,激发读者对种族认同、女性角色、子女教育等方面问题的思考,展现小说所揭示的深刻社会哲理、所带来的丰富人生启示,以及对当今社会和公众具有的重要现实意义。The creation of the English novel Everything I Never Told You by Chinese American writer Wu Qi-shi is another successful entry of Chinese American writers into the mainstream literary world in Europe and America in the 21st century.The novel describes a series of contradictions and conflicts that occurred in a cross racial marriage and family in the United States in the 1970s,revealing the tragic life of the protagonist and the life desires and confusions of other main characters,as well as the process of obedience,submission,resistance,and grasp of fate.This article comprehensively studies the novel’s background,character traits,story,narrative characteristics,and inspiration traits to explain the work’s brilliance and the author’s distinctive creativity.It stimulates readers’reflection on issues of racial identity,female roles,and children’s education and demonstrates the novel’s profound social philosophy and life inspirations,as well as the practical significance of the book for the public and today’s society.
