摘　　要：社会主义劳动竞赛精神是中国共产党百年来领导广大人民群众进行社会主义劳动竞赛过程中而衍生的伟大精神,它是马克思主义经典作家的独特意识要素,是对我们党竞赛理念的实践滋养,也是我们党对百年竞赛活动经验的深刻总结。它的形成与发展也已历经百年,其思想深刻、内涵丰富,蕴含着强烈的人民性、鲜明的创新性和独特的先进性等鲜明特色,极大彰显出社会主义制度愈加强大的真理力量。赓续伟大竞赛精神,承接劳动竞赛的效果历史,有利于提升人民群众的内在凝聚力、有利于增强新时代党的政治领导力、有利于为中华民族精神谱系增添新的时代内涵。The spirit of socialist labor competition is a great spirit derived from the process of the Chinese Communist Party’s leading the masses to carry out socialist labor competition in the past hundred years.It is a unique element of consciousness of Marxist classic writers,a practical nourishment for our party’s concept of competition,and a profound summary of our party’s experience in the 100-year competition activities.Its formation and development has also gone through a hundred years.Its profound ideas and rich connotations contain a strong people’s character,distinct innovation and unique advanced characteristics,greatly highlighting more and more powerful truth of the socialist system.Continuing the great spirit of competition and carrying on the history of the effect of labor competition are conducive to enhancing the internal cohesion of the people,enhancing the political leadership of the Party in the new era,and adding new era connotations to the spiritual lineage of the Chinese nation.
