摘 要:间二氯苯(m-DCB)和对二氯苯(p-DCB)是重要的精细有机化工原料,两者的混合物常规精馏难以分开,需要特殊的分离方法。文章介绍了目前两者混合物分离技术研究情况,主要分离方法有结晶法、吸附法、萃取精馏法以及沸石膜渗透汽化分离法,并对几种方法的分离原理、研究情况和优缺点进行了说明。其中重点介绍了吸附分离法,该法在工业应用中较为成熟,应用最为广泛。文章还讨论了间对混合二氯苯分离的发展方向。M-dichlorobenzene(m-DCB)and p-dichlorobenzene(p-DCB)are important fine organic chemical raw materials,and the mixture of the two is difficult to be separated by conventional distillation,so special separation methods are needed.The current research situation of separation technology of mixtures of the two was introduced,the main separation methods were crystallization,adsorption,extractive distillation and zeolite membrane pervaporation,and the separation principle,research situation and advantages and disadvantages of these methods were described.Among them,the adsorption separation method was mainly introduced,which was more mature and widely used in industrial applications.The development direction of separation of mixed dichlorobenzene was also discussed.
