摘 要:利用针铁矿法去除硫酸锰浸出液中铁杂质,研究反应温度,反应时间,金属锰粉加量对除铁效果影响。实验结果表明:金属锰粉还原锰浸出液中三价铁离子浓度至1 g/L以下最佳工艺为温度70℃,时间6 h,金属锰粉加量为理论量1.05倍。针铁矿除铁最佳pH值在3.0~3.5之间,除铁时长6 h。该方法去除锰浸出液的铁离子,料浆具有优异的过滤性能,且不引入其他杂质离子。The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and dosage of manganese metal powder on iron removal according to goethite method iron removal were studied.The results showed that the optimal process of reducing the concentration of ferric ion in manganese leaching solution to less than 1 g/L by manganese powder was as follows:temperature was 70℃,time was 6 h,adding amount of manganese powder 1.05 times of theoretical amount.The best pH value of goethite method iron removal was between 3.0~3.5,and the iron removal time was 6 h.The method removed iron ions from manganese leaching solution,and the slurry had excellent filtration performance without introducing other impurity ions.
