水性胶黏剂在火工药剂制备中的应用

摘　　要：火工药剂感度高,制备过程安全风险较大,胶黏剂是降低感度和提高产品质量的关键物质。溶剂型胶黏剂是火工药剂最常用的胶黏剂,具有应用范围广、易烘干的特点,但制备过程中经常发生安全生产事故。本文选用了一种水性胶黏剂,通过制备一种感度较高的火工药剂,对比两种胶黏剂在制备过程中药剂的质量和感度等指标,发现水性胶黏剂较溶剂型胶黏剂有环保、感度低、制备过程安全、工艺简单、质量稳定等优势,证明水性胶黏剂可以在火工药剂制备中推广应用。Pyrochemicals have high sensitivity and high safety risk in the preparation process.Adhesives are the key substances to reduce sensitivity and improve product quality.Solvent-based adhesives are the most commonly used adhesives for pyrochemicals,which have the characteristics of wide application range and easy drying,but there are often safety accidents in the preparation process.A water-based adhesive was selected to prepare a pyrochemical with higher sensitivity.By comparing the quality and sensitivity of the two adhesives in the preparation process,it was found that the water-based adhesive had advantages over the solvent-based adhesive,such as environmental protection,low sensitivity,safe preparation process,simple process and stable quality,which proved that the water-based adhesive could be popularized and applied in the preparation of pyrochemical agents.
