摘 要:硫酸是重要的基础化工原料,其色度会影响销售价格及后续产品硫酸铵的质量。采用膨润土作为吸附剂,对工业硫酸进行吸附脱色效果研究,考察了膨润土用量、吸附时间及吸附脱色的操作方式对脱色效果的影响。研究结果表明:当吸附剂用量为1.2 g膨润土/10 mL硫酸,常温下静置吸附5 h后进行离心,吸附脱色后的硫酸色度已不深于国家标准GB/T 534-2014《工业硫酸》所规定的标准色度。吸附剂膨润土,价格低廉,吸附效果好,为工业硫酸脱色提供了理论依据。Sulfuric acid is an important basic chemical raw material.The chromaticity of sulfuric acid will affect the sales price and the quality of ammonium sulfate of subsequent products.Bentonite was used as adsorbent to study the decolorization effect of industrial sulfuric acid.The effects of bentonite dosage,adsorption time and adsorption decolorization operation mode on the decolorization effect were investigated.The results showed that when the amount of adsorbent was 1.2 g bentonite/10 mL sulfuric acid,the chroma of sulfuric acid after adsorption and decolorization was not deeper than the standard chroma stipulated in the national standard GB/T 534-2014 industrial Sulfuric acid.The adsorbent bentonite had low price and good adsorption effect,which provided a theoretical basis for decolorization of industrial sulfuric acid.
