摘　　要：运用UPLC法建立5种三萜类成分去氢土莫酸、猪苓酸C、3-表去氢土莫酸、去氢茯苓酸、松苓新酸的含量测定方法,以期对茯苓药材不同产地的质量评价提供一定的参考。结果5种三萜类成分线性关系良好;加样回收率依次为95.5%、92.8%、92.0%、96.8%、96.3%。且4个产地茯苓药材中5种三萜类成分总含量在0.703~0.972 mg/g范围内。表明本方法准确、快速、操作性强,可用于不同产地茯苓的质量控制。A UPLC method was established for the determination of five triterpenoids:dehydrotomorphic acid,Polyporus acid C,3-epidehydrotomorphic acid,dehydrochoric acid and pinellic acid,in order to provide some basis for the quality control of Poria cocos from different producing areas.The results showed that the linear relationship between the five triterpenoids was good.The accuracy were 95.5%,92.8%,92.0%,96.8%and 96.3%.The total content of five triterpenoids in Poria cocos from four producing areas was in the range of 0.703~0.972 mg/g.The results showed that the method was accurate,rapid and operable,and could be used for the quality control of Poria cocos from different producing areas.
