摘　　要：通过统计2015-2019年间湖南省废弃物焚烧行业持久性有机物排放数据,基本摸清了湖南省“十三五”期间废弃物焚烧行业二噁英类持久性有机污染物的污染排放现状。参考国家统计局相关数据,以2019年湖南省的二噁英排放数据为基础,估算出湖南省“十四五”废弃物焚烧行业的处理量和二噁英排放量,为监管部门和排放企业开展二噁英减排工作提供参考。Based on the statistics of the persistent organic pollutants(POPs)emission data of the waste incineration industry in Hunan Province from 2015 to 2019,the pollution emission status of dioxin Persistent organic pollutant in the waste incineration industry in Hunan Province during the“13th Five Year Plan”period was basically found out.Based on the relevant data from the National Bureau of Statistics and the dioxin emissions data from Hunan Province in 2019,the processing capacity and dioxin emissions of the waste incineration industry in Hunan Province during“the 14th Five Year Plan”period were estimated,providing reference for regulatory authorities and emission companies to carry out dioxin emission reduction work.
