摘  要:针对气力输送过程中含尘气体通过管道会产生压降,增加能耗等问题。本文着重对几种常见的计算管道摩擦阻力的经验或半经验式进行分析比较,通过量化计算和理论分析结合的方法比较其差异性和适用范围。影响压降的关键因素在于含尘气流的管道摩擦阻力。在不同入口气体速度和入口颗粒浓度工况下,应合理选用各个经验或半经验式公式,以保证计算的准确性。During the pneumatic conveying process,the dust-laden gas would generate pressure drop through the pipeline,which would increase the energy consumption.The key factor affecting the pressure drop was the frictional resistance of the dust-laden airflow.The analysis and comparison of several common empirical or semi-empirical formulas for calculating the frictional resistance of pipelines was focused,and their differences and scope of application through the combination of quantitative calculation and theoretical analysis was compared.When inlet gas velocity or particle concentration changing,formula shall be reasonably selected to ensure the accuracy of calculation.
