摘  要:为了探究沉降剂对硫酸法钛白粉生产钛液沉降的净化效果,采用间歇方式进行沉降试验。分别从沉降剂质量、沉降剂使用浓度、沉降剂的用量、沉降剂加入顺序几个方面研究对其沉降效果的影响。结果表明,沉降剂本身的质量是否稳定会对沉降效果产生很大的影响,为了确保稳定需现配现用;AMPAM的最适宜浓度为0.4%,FeS-Sb_(2)O_(3)最优浓度为60 g/L;沉降剂加量控制在30 g/m^(3)左右;沉降剂加入顺序:先加有机沉降剂后加无机沉降剂,效果最好。In the process of titanium liquid sedimentation purification in the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method,the sedimentation was carried out intermittently.The effects on the settling effect were studied from the aspects of the quality of the settling agent,the concentration of the settling agent,the dosage of the settling agent and the adding order of the settling agent.The results showed that the quality of the settling agent was the best,which was prepared and used now.The optimum concentration of ampam was 0.4%,and the optimum concentration of FeS-Sb_(2)O_(3) was 60 g/L.The dosage of settling agent shall be controlled at about 30 g/m^(3).Adding sequence of sedimentation agent:Organic sedimentation agent was added first and then inorganic sedimentation agent was added,and the effect was the best.
