摘  要:南海东部某油田4H水平井施工过程中,在液压打开地层隔离阀失效,连续油管机械打开地层隔离阀遇阻无法通过。鉴于该情况,设计了一种安全、可靠的地层隔离阀打开方案:通过悬挂5-1/2″油管保护管柱,在保护管柱内下入2-7/8″小钻杆机械开启地层隔离阀。该方案在不起已经到位的生产管柱的情况下,保护了油管挂密封及井下安全阀,并成功打开了地层隔离阀。该方案的成功应用,为海上水下井口生产管柱已经到位后开启地层隔离阀提供了有效的解决方案。During the construction of 4H horizontal well in an oil field in the eastern South China Sea,the hydraulic opening of the formation isolation valve failed,and the mechanical opening of the formation isolation valve by the coiled tubing encountered resistance and was unable to pass through.In view of this situation,a safe and reliable scheme for opening the formation isolation valve was designed:by hanging a 5-1/2“oil pipe to protect the pipe string,a 2-7/8”small drill pipe was inserted into the protective pipe string to mechanically open the formation isolation valve.This plan protected the tubing hanger seal and downhole safety valve without being able to afford the already in place production string,and successfully opened the formation isolation valve.The successful application of this scheme provided a new idea for opening the formation isolation valve,especially an effective solution for opening the formation isolation valve at the underwater wellhead where the production string was already in place.
