龙氏正骨疗法联合针刺治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察龙氏正骨疗法联合针刺治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的疗效。方法:选取80例腰椎小关节紊乱症患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组予针刺治疗,治疗组予龙氏正骨疗法联合针刺治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及血清肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平,比较两组总有效率。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛VAS评分、ODI评分、血清CK及LDH水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:龙氏正骨疗法联合针刺治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症疗效显著,能减轻腰椎小关节紊乱症患者腰背痛症状,改善肌群平衡和腰背活动功能,值得应用推广。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Long’s orthopedic therapy combined with acupuncture on lumbar facet joint dysfunction(LFJD).Methods:Eightypatients with LFJD were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with Long’s orthopedic therapy combined with acupuncture.Visual analog scale(VAS)scores of pain,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores,and serum levels of creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehy⁃drogenase(LDH)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The total effective rate was compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 80.0%,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain VAS scores,ODI scores,serum CK and LDH levels in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Long’s orthopedic therapy com⁃bined with acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of LFJD,relieve low back pain,and improve muscle bal⁃ance and lumbar function,which is worthy of clinical application.
