摘　　要：国家“一带一路”等利好政策的带动下,越来越多的企业走出去,并开始向中东发展。在从事某中东项目时发现,业主对境外采办材料和产品的质量控制要求非常苛刻,必须符合业主制定的标准,而中东业主标准普遍高于国际通用标准和厂家制造标准,这就使项目质量风险极大地提高。文章主要针对项目中遇到的仪表设备采办过程中的质量高风险进行探讨并探寻相应的对策,从而降低项目采办成本。Driven by the national“the Belt and Road”and other favorable policies,more and more enterprises have gone out and started to develop in the Middle East.When we were engaged in a Middle East project,we found that the owner’s quality control requirements for materials and products purchased from abroad are very strict and must comply with the standards set by the owner.The Middle East owner’s standards are generally higher than the international general standards and manufacturer’s manufacturing standards,which greatly increases the project quality risk.This article mainly discusses the high quality risks in the process of instrument and equipment procurement encountered in the project and explores the corresponding countermeasures to reduce the project procurement cost.
