煤系针状焦生产原理及几种典型生产工艺

摘　　要：以煤焦油沥青及其馏分为原料生产的针状焦称为煤系针状焦。直接以煤焦油为原料进入延迟焦化炭化塔,产出的焦炭指标不能达到针状焦指标,往往需要复杂的前处理过程,得到能够产出合格针状焦的中间原料。目前国内外不同专利技术的针状焦生产工艺,主要是前处理的工艺有所不同,后端工艺基本相似,既先得到指标稳定的中间原料后,再利用延迟焦化工艺生产针状焦。这也就是煤焦油加氢装置的煤焦油预处理延迟焦化工艺,产出的焦炭只能称为沥青焦,其指标达不到针状焦的原因。目前中国只有少数几家单位的针状焦生产专利具有实际装置化的运行经验,许多专利技术仍停留在实验阶段。The needle coke produced from coal tar pitch and its fractions is called coal series needle coke.When coal tar is directly used as raw material to enter the delayed coking tower,the produced coke index cannot reach the needle coke index,which often requires complex pre-treatment process to obtain the intermediate raw material that can produce qualif ied needle coke.At present,the needle coke production process with different patent technologies at home and abroad is mainly due to the different pre-treatment process,and the back-end process is basically similar,which is to obtain the intermediate raw material with stable index f irst,then the delayed coking process is used to produce needle coke.This is the reason why the coke produced by the delayed coking process of coal tar pretreatment in the coal tar hydrogenation unit can only be called pitch coke,and its index cannot reach needle coke.At present,there are only a few companies in China that have actual installation operation experience in needle coke production patents.Many patented technologies also remain at the experimental stage.
