摘　　要：实验室是指导老师开展教学、科研工作的重要场地,高校教学、科研的顺利进行离不开实验室的安全管理。做好实验室安全管理工作,是高校教学、科研工作顺利开展的重要保障。为保证各项安全管理制度、措施落实到位,有必要建设一支训练有素、监管到位的实验室安全管理队伍。文章主要围绕实验室的安全管理团队建设中存在问题开展反思,探索如何建设一支素质过硬的实验室安全管理队伍。The laboratory is an important place to guide teachers to carry out teaching and scientific research.The smooth progress of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities cannot be separated from the safety management of the laboratory.Doing well in the safety management of the laboratory is the main guarantee for the smooth development of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.In order to ensure the implementation of various safety management policies and systems,it is necessary to build a well-trained and well-supervised laboratory safety management team.This paper mainly focuses on the problems in the construction of laboratory safety management team and explores how to build a high-quality laboratory safety management team.
