摘 要:文章介绍了一种通过N_(2)O脉冲吸附测定镍基催化剂分散度的实验方法及相应实验设备的改装方法,并探讨了吸附温度对分散度测定的影响。相比于其他分散度测量方法,该方法反应装置简易,操作简单快捷,实验结果可靠性高。该实验结合化工专业的实践教学要求与学科前沿方向,有助于培养学生的科研素养、拓展学生的专业视野,具有引入化工学科实验教学的可行性。An experimental method for measuring the metal dispersion of nickel-based catalysts by pulsed N_(2)O chemisorption and the corresponding experimental setup are introduced,and the influence of adsorption temperature on the measurement is also discussed.Compared with other dispersion measurement methods,the method has the advantages of simple reaction device,fast operation,and high reliable results.Combined with the practical teaching requirements and frontier direction of discipline,this experiment can help to cultivate students’scientific research literacy,expand their professional vision,and has the feasibility of introducing chemical engineering experimental teaching.
