摘 要:为了能提高实验室检验检测能力,保证结果准确性,参加了实验室的水中铜、锌检测能力验证,并在验证过程中进行了质量控制与结果分析,以提高检验检测能力。运用HJ 776—2015《水质32种元素的测定电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法》的方法测定考核水样中铜、锌检验能力验证,从人、机、料、法、环、测等方面对实验进行了质量控制,能力验证组织方采用Z值评定的方法对参加能力验证的实验室的测试结果进行统计分析并判定。铜、锌质量浓度在0~4.0 mg/L时与响应值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,样品中锌与铜的浓度分别是0.585 mg/L、0.460 mg/L,Z值分别为-0.69、-0.73,评价结果为满意。此方法具备操作简便,可同时测多元素,运行成本比ICP-MS法低、效率高等特点。在水中铜、锌检测能力活动中采取的质量控制措施能够有效保证检测结果的准确性,从而证明实验室对具备有满足该方法检验检测能力。In order to improve the detection ability of the laboratory and ensure the accuracy of the results,we took part in the verification of the detection ability of copper and zinc in the water of the laboratory,and carried out the quality control and result analysis in the verification process,to improve the ability of inspection and detection.Water samples were tested for copper and zinc by Water quality-Determinaion of 32 Elements-Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(HJ 776—2015),the quality control of the experiment was carried out from the aspects of man,machine,material,method,ring and measurement,the organization of proficiency testing adopts the method of z-score evaluation to analyze and judge the test results of the laboratories participating in proficiency testing.There was a good linear relationship between the response value and the concentration of copper and zinc at 0-4.0 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The concentrations of zinc and copper in the samples were 0.585 mg/L and 0.460 mg/L,respectively.The Z values were-0.69 and-0.73,respectively,the result of evaluation is satisfactory.This method has the advantages of simple operation,simultaneous determination of multiple elements,lower operation cost and higher efficiency than ICP-MS method,the quality control measures adopted in the detection of copper and zinc in water can effectively guarantee the accuracy of the detection results,thus proving that the laboratory has the ability to meet the detection of this method.
