煤直接液化产品沥青灰分测定方法的改进

摘　　要：沥青灰分是评定沥青等级的重要指标。在分析煤直接液化沥青产品灰分实验期间,发现直接液化沥青产品的灰分测定重复性较差。通过实验,确定了影响沥青灰分的因素是沥青的粒度和沥青的灼烧时间,建立了适合煤直接液化产品沥青灰分测定方法,不仅提高了灰分测定的精密度和准确度,还能大大节约时间和工作量。Asphalt ash content is an important indicator for evaluating asphalt grade.During the experiment of analyzing the ash content of direct coal liquefaction asphalt products,it was found that the repeatability of ash content determination of direct coal liquefaction asphalt products was poor.Through experiments,it was determined that the factors affecting asphalt ash content are the particle size of asphalt and the ignition time of asphalt.We have established a method for determining the ash content of asphalt,which is suitable for direct coal liquefaction products.This not only improves the precision and accuracy of ash content determination,but also greatly saves time and workload.
