摘　　要：在石油化工项目中,夹套管使用逐渐普遍。相比于常规管道的设计,夹套管的设计过程中需考虑的问题较多。文章从夹套管内外径匹配尺寸、内管壁厚计算和外管选材注意事项、定位板设置问题、配管其他注意事项等方面出发,提出了几点建议。In the petrochemical project,jacket pipe is widely used.Compared with conventional pipe design,there are many items needed to be considered in the design process of jacket pipe.This paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of matching size of outer diameter of jacket pipe,calculation of inner pipe wall thickness,material selection of outer pipe,jacket annulus setting and other matters needing attention.
