摘 要:瓦斯发电提效旨在通过改善瓦斯浓度波动和瓦斯含水量实现提高发电站发电量的目的。为保障提效装置安全、稳定及可靠运行开展了监控系统设计,首先开展了监控系统功能设计,确立了PLC+IPC的监控模式,接着开展了硬件选型及软件设计,最后通过现场运行表明:进入发电机组的瓦斯其浓度波动控制在2%/min以内,相对湿度<80%,且瓦斯中无液态水,发电机组发电效率提高12%,提效装置运行良好。The purpose of improving the efficiency of gas power generation is to achieve the goal of increasing the power generation of power plants by improving the fluctuation of gas concentration and gas moisture content.A monitoring system design study has been conducted to ensure the safe,stable,and reliable operation of the efficiency improvement system.Firstly,the functional design of the monitoring system was carried out and the monitoring mode of PLC+IPC was established.Subsequently,hardware selection and software design were carried out.Finally,on-site operation showed that the concentration fluctuation was controlled within 2%/min,the relative humidity of gas was less than 80%,and there was no liquid water.The power generation efficiency of the generator set was improved by 12%,and the efficiency improvement device operated well.
