摘　　要：渤海A油田采用注水开发模式开发,由于缺少水源层所以回注水必须掺有一定比例的海水作为补充水源,导致A油田设备中以硫酸盐还原菌为代表的腐蚀性细菌滋生严重,以H_(2)S和FeS为代表的代谢产物更导致了次生的电化学和腐蚀电池腐蚀。因此,对A油田展开了腐蚀专项整治行动,分析油田高腐蚀原因,加强腐蚀监测和检测工作,通过药剂中试试验换型,加强清管,优化药剂流程和设备相关优化改造等方法治理腐蚀问题。最终,经过一系列治理措施,使油田的硫酸盐还原菌数量、H_(2)S浓度和腐蚀速率都降至合格范围内,油田腐蚀得到了有效控制。Bohai A oilfield is developed by water injection development mode.Due to the lack of water source layer,a certain proportion of seawater must be mixed into the reinjection water as the supplementary water source,which results in serious growth of corrosive bacteria represented by sulfate reducing bacteria in the equipment of A oilfield.Metabolites represented by H_(2)S and FeS also lead to secondary electrochemical and corrosive battery corrosion.Therefore,a special corrosion remediation action was launched for A oilfield to analyze the causes of high corrosion in the oilfield,strengthen corrosion monitoring and detection work,and control the corrosion problem by changing the type of pharmaceutical pilot test,strengthening pigging,optimizing the pharmaceutical process and optimizing the equipment.Finally,after a series of treatment measures,the number of sulfate-reducing bacteria,H_(2)S concentration and corrosion rate in the oilfield were reduced to the qualified range,and the oilfield corrosion was effectively controlled.
