摘　　要：对炼油工艺平稳性管理体系及技术实施难点进行深度分析,可以更好地搭建出符合经营需求的管理体系。文章立足于炼油企业工艺管理的现状,指出了炼油工艺平稳性管理体系建设难点的应对之策。The in-depth analysis of the refining process stability management system and technical implementation difficulties can better build a management system that meets the operational needs.Based on the current situation of process management in refining enterprises,this paper points out the solutions to the construction of refining process stability management system.
