摘　　要：液化天然气储运及接收站项目建设具有建设周期长和规模庞大的特点,对项目施工和运营管理工作有极为严格的要求。做好建设保障和管理工作,能有效提高液化天然气储运和接收,减少项目建设和运营环节中的使用风险,进而为中国能源供给安全再上一道保险。文章主要对液化天然气特点进行重点分析,并总结出液化天然气储存和接收站建设措施。The construction of liquefied natural gas(LNG)storage,transportation and receiving station has the characteristics of long construction period and large scale,which has extremely strict requirements for project construction and operation management.A good construction guarantee and management can effectively improve the storage,transportation and reception of LNG,reduce the risk of use in the construction and operation of the project,and then provide an insurance for the security of China’s energy supply.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of LNG,and summarizes the measures for the construction of LNG storage and receiving stations.
