摘 要:在三轴大气数据系统中,压力集成传感器被安装在机身外部,具有较长的整体长度。为满足直升机整体设计的需求,有必要减小其占用空间并改进使用方式。通过对传感器安装架的结构构型进行研究,以及充分利用系统本身高度集成的优点,本研究提出采用折叠式安装架设计,将安装于机身外部的部分进行折叠,以缩短整体长度并减小三轴大气数据系统占用的外部空间。经过多次迭代更新和优化设计,本研究成功实现了便捷、高效的折叠设计方案,从而提高了系统的使用性能。Within the tri-axis atmospheric data system,the pressure integrated sensor is installed externally on the aircraft body,presenting a significant overall length.To satisfy the holistic design requirements of helicopters,it is necessary to minimize space occupancy and improve the system's usability.By researching the structural configuration of the sensor mounting bracket,and capitalizing on the inherent high integration of the system,this study proposes a folding design for the mounting bracket.The components mounted externally on the aircraft body can thus be folded to shorten the overall length and reduce the external space occupied by the tri-axis atmospheric data system.After several iterations and optimization of the design,this study has successfully implemented a convenient and efficient folding design,thereby enhancing the usability of the system.
